Is Monkey Man released?
Yes, Universal Pictures released Monkey Man on April 5, 2024. The film debuted opposite the horror precursor, The First Omen, from Disney-owned 20th Century Studios.
The film had its international debut on March 11, 2024, at South by Southwest in Austin, Texas. Monkey Man joined an excellent list of films at the festival, which includes The Fall Guy, Road House, The Idea of You, and Y2K.

Monkey Man will have an exclusive theatrical release. Netflix acquired Monkey Man in 2021, but since then, there hasn’t been much news about the movie. Universal released the official trailer for Monkey Man on January 26, 2024.
