The ‘Nun 2’ to Star Storm Reid Actress, who most recently starred in the film Euphoria, has just been cast in the upcoming The Conjuring Universe sequel The Nun 2. The Nun 2 will be the sequel to the groundbreaking horror film The Nun, Which was released in 2018. In that film, Valek, a demon who has appeared in a number of other films in the Conjuring Universe, terrorized Demian Bichir and Taissa Farmiga. Who played a priest and a novice, respectively. The Nun ended up becoming the highest-grossing film in the Conjuring Universe to date, with a total worldwide gross of $365.6 million against a budget of just $22 million.
The storyline for The Nun 2, which is currently under wraps, is rumored to take place in France in the 1950s. But this information has not been officially confirmed. The nature of Reid’s involvement in the movie is also being kept under wraps at this time. The role of the title character will be played once again by Bonnie Aarons. Farmiga is also in discussions to play the same part she did in the first movie.
The Nun 2 will be directed by Michael Chaves, who was most recently responsible for directing The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It. Ian Goldberg and Richard Naing are currently working on adapting a screenplay that Akela Cooper wrote for Malignant into a script. October is the month that will see the beginning of production on the movie. There is already a plan in place to distribute The Nun 2 in theatres exactly one year from now.
As of right now, Reid is a powerhouse in Hollywood, and she is gradually but surely establishing herself as a performer. She can be taken seriously as a result of her many noteworthy performances in recent TV shows and movies. Her breakout performance as Meg Murry in the 2018 Disney film A Wrinkle in Time brought Tara Reid to the forefront of the entertainment industry.

James Wan, who is well-known for his work in the horror genre, is producing the upcoming movie under the Atomic Monster production label. Together with Peter Safran, Wan has produced all eight of the previous films in the Conjuring Universe.
These films include The Conjuring, The Conjuring 2, Annabelle, Annabelle: Creation, The Nun, The Curse of La Llorona, Annabelle Comes Home, and The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It. Annabelle Comes Home is the ninth film in the series. Michael Clear will serve as an executive producer on The Nun 2, and Gary Dauberman, who also directed Annabelle Comes Home, will direct Atomic Monster. Judson Scott will be in charge of the production of Atomic Monster.
