“She and Sam were going at it in a hotel room, and it got so bad [that] she tripped and hit the coffee table, cracking her head open,” Levin said in his claim. “She was injured and needed stitches.”

On the other hand, according to a source, “This did not happen,” and she added in an exclusive statement that Spears and Asghari had “never even been to London together.”
Executive producer Charles Latibeaudiere declared in an episode of “TMZ Investigates” that Spears’ claimed “volatility” finally became “too much” for Asghari “to take,” so the actor filed a petition with the court on August 16 to break their marriage after just 14 months of being married.
It was previously alleged by the site that 29 Asghari had the suspicion that Spears, at 41, was having an affair with a member of the staff who worked at her home and that she had once physically assaulted the former fitness instructor while he was sleeping, leaving him with.
