Page Six has learned exclusively that after seven years of marriage, Sofia Vergara and her husband Joe Manganiello have decided to divorce and split from each other.

The stunning star of “Modern Family” is presently in Italy celebrating her 51st birthday with a group of pals, but she is not bringing her husband, Joe Manganiello, or her wedding ring with her.
