Kylie Jenner opened up about her struggles since giving birth to Wolf Webster six weeks ago in an Instagram story posted on March 15. In the honest video series, Kylie walked on a treadmill while talking about how postpartum has affected her.
“I just want to explain that my postpartum period has been difficult,” Kylie stated. “This experience has been a little more difficult for me than it has been for my kid.”
“It’s not easy psychologically, physically, spiritually,” the Kylie Cosmetics creator, who is also the mother of 4-year-old Stormi Webster, said of postpartum depression, adding, “It’s not easy mentally, physically, spiritually.”

Kylie felt it was crucial to tell her truth on social media. “I didn’t want to go back to life without saying that because I feel we can look up how other moms are dealing with it on the internet. Right now, and it may appear to be a lot easier for them, putting pressure on us. It hasn’t been simple for me, though. It’s been difficult, and I wanted to express that.”
When asked what she’s learned this time around from her post-pregnancy experience, the 24-year-old says She’s known to be gentler with herself.
“It’s fine not to be fine,” Kylie explained. “When I understood that… I was putting pressure on myself, and I just kept reminding myself, “I made a whole human, a lovely healthy child.” We have to quit putting pressure on ourselves to be back after birth, not even psychically, but just mentally.”
