Reykjavik is the northernmost city in Iceland and is the country’s capital city. Its sheer height makes it impossible to miss, you’ll see it from every angle. Beyond this, Reykjavik is also home to many other cultural sights and has a bevy of museums, art galleries, and sculptures plotted all around the city, making for a lovely day trip idea – going to see all the cultural attractions by foot. 

The culinary arts of Reykjavik and broader Iceland are also very famous and you will find cuisine that you might never get to try anywhere else.
