How To Protect Home Environment From Corona Virus

Anyone who is sick, even if they are not sure they have protect coronavirus (COVID-19), should stay home unless they need medical attention. This helps prevent the disease from spreading to other people.

 

What should we do at home?

To protect others in the home, a person who is sick should do the following:

  • As far as possible, stay away from other people and pets in your home.
  • Wear a mask if you live or are in contact with other people.

  • Cough and sneeze into a disposable tissue. Throw away the handkerchief and then immediately wash your hands. Wash with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds, or use an antiseptic gel that contains alcohol.
  • If possible, stay in one room and use a separate bathroom from other people.
  • Use your own plates, glasses, cups, and utensils to eat and not share them with the people with whom you live. After use, wash them in the dishwasher or in very hot soapy water.
  •  Hence we use your own bedding and towels and do not share them with the people you live with.

Further:

  • so,Make sure the shared spaces in your home have good ventilation. You can open a window or turn on an air filter or air conditioner.
  • Do not allow visits to your home. This includes protect  children and adults.
  • Everyone who lives in the house together should wash their hands well and frequently. Wash with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds, or use an antiseptic gel or hand sanitizer that contains alcohol.
  • Wash the sick person’s clothes, bedding, and towels with detergent and water as hot as possible. If possible, wear gloves when touching the patient’s dirty clothes. Wash your hands well after washing the patient’s clothes (even if you wore gloves).
  • Every day, then  use a household cleaner or washcloth to clean things that touch a lot. These include doorknobs, light switches, toys, remote controls, sink handles, countertops, and phones. Keep the protect sick child’s toys separate from other toys, if possible.

To protect others in your community:

  • The sick person should stay home unless they need medical attention.
  • Other family members may also need to stay home. Follow the instructions of your doctor, your local health department, or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) about who should stay home and for how long.
  • If you have to leave the house, limit exposing yourself to others and keep at least 6 feet (2 meters) away from you and others.
  • You should notify people who have been in close contact with the sick person. Your local or state health department can help you if you are not sure who to notify.

When should I call the doctor?

If the person you are caring for seems to get worse, call your doctor right away. Tell the doctor what the symptoms are and if you have had a protect  coronavirus screening test (COVID-19).

 

If they have to go to the doctor:

  • The affected person should wear a mask.
  • Keep tissues handy in case you need to cough or sneeze.
  • Go to the emergency room if the person is having trouble breathing, is confused, or is very sleepy or drowsy. Call ahead and tell them what your symptoms are and if you have been tested and protect for coronavirus.

What else should I know?

If you are caring for someone with protect coronavirus or who has symptoms of coronavirus, continue to take these precautions until your doctor or local health department tells you that it is safe to stop.

Children who are sick and need to stay home can become very bored and lonely. Children who are separated from family, classmates, and friends, and who feel well enough, may want to do the following:

  • Talk on the phone or make a video call with family and friends.
  • Send text messages or use other messaging applications to talk to family and friends.
  • Take advantage of online streaming services to distract you and others. ExpressVPN recently conducted a survey which found that 40% of people with Netflix subscriptions have signed up for more streaming services since the pandemic started.
  • Play online games that allow you to play with other children from home.
  • Do puzzles or play with legos. Keep these toys or board games clean and separate from other toys in the house.
  • Clean items used by the sick person (such as phones and computers) before other family members use them.
