Critical Infrastructure Technologies Forges Defense Partnership with Danish Firm

Critical Infrastructure Technologies is expanding its footprint in the defense sector through a new strategic collaboration. The company announced on Wednesday that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Denmark’s Terma A/S. The core objective of the partnership is to integrate Terma’s radar systems into Critical Infrastructure’s autonomous communications platform, known as “Nexus,” creating combined solutions for defense and security applications.

Strategic Integration and Market Context

The planned technical integration focuses on coupling the self-erecting 20-meter “Nexus” tower solution with sensor technology supplied by Terma, identified as Denmark’s premier defense technology company. It is crucial to note that this agreement establishes a framework for technical cooperation and does not constitute a reportable series procurement or involve a disclosed contract value at this stage.

On the day of the announcement, market data from Stockwatch indicated the company’s shares were trading at 0.455 CAD. Critical Infrastructure Technologies carried a market capitalization of 54.0 million CAD.

Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying Critical Infrastructure?

Foundation and Future Demonstrations

This new MoU builds directly upon an existing confidential relationship between the two entities. A foundational Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) had already been established on October 6, 2025, which initially centered on developing a rapidly deployable hardware solution to counter unauthorized drones.

To showcase the capabilities of their integrated technologies, the partners have scheduled a series of live field demonstrations across Europe. The inaugural presentation is slated for the DAIMEX BALTIC 2026 exhibition in Lithuania, running from May 12 to 14.

Additional confirmed appearances include the International Drone Summit in Riga on May 27, followed by a demonstration at the MSPO defense industry fair in Poland, scheduled for September 8-11.
