Alexandra Daddario is expecting! Following four years of marriage, the actress, 38, and her husband, 55-year-old Andrew Form, were confirmed by Vogue on Wednesday, July 10, to be expecting their first child together.
Daddario has kept her pregnancy a secret for six months. Vogue also made the news on Instagram, where they shared many photos of the White Lotus actress holding her baby belly.
Daddario married her spouse, a television and film producer, in June. Form was formerly married to the American-Brazilian actress Jordana Brewster, with whom he had two boys, Rowan and Julian.
Daddario said that she was “overjoyed” to be pregnant, adding that she had previously endured a pregnancy loss. “Well, I had been pregnant,” she said, “and I had lost.”
“I won’t want to be too specific because it’s long and complicated,” she said. “Those kinds of losses and anguish are difficult to describe until you’ve experienced them. I can connect to all of the ladies who have gone through similar experiences in ways that I did not previously comprehend. “It’s extremely painful.”
By sharing an Instagram snapshot of the two of them in black and white on May 13, 2021, Daddario officially announced their romance. Later that year, a source verified Daddario and Form’s engagement.
Form and Daddario married in New Orleans around six months after they first became engaged.
According to Vogue, the event was conducted at Preservation Hall, where Form’s two children served as groomsmen and ring bearers. Guests then marched in a second line through the downtown streets to the reception venue, Bar Marilou.
During COVID, the pair happened to cross paths on the street in New York.
Daddario expressed her joy on Instagram, saying, “The most wonderful man, you handle nonsense, loss, life, difficulty, people, with grace and compassion.” She stated that Form took the “worst moments” in her life and made them great.
