It was reported on Monday that Euphoria actor Angus Cloud passed away at the age of 25 in the residence he shared with his family in Oakland, California.
On Monday, the actor Angus Cloud, who was most known for playing the role of Fezco, an affectionate drug supplier on the HBO television program “Euphoria,” passed away at his family’s home in Oakland, California. His age was 25.
He was born in Oakland on July 10, 1998. He attended the Oakland School for the Arts. According to the biography, he participated in the production of sets, as well as the lighting and sound design for his high school’s theatrical department. However, prior to his part in “Euphoria,” he had never been in front of an audience.
Cait Bailey, who represented Mr. Cloud, was the one who published a message from his family and verified that Mr. Cloud had passed away. The reason for Mr. Cloud’s death was not specified in the statement; however, it did say that Mr. Cloud had “intensely struggled” in the time since the passing of his father, Conor Hickey, that the family laid to rest the previous week.
Angus sprang to prominence as a breakthrough star on Euphoria, and in October of last year, he expressed excitement about returning to “get back to work” on the show’s third season with his fellow cast members. The family of Angus released a statement in which they expressed their sorrow at the passing of “an artist, a friend, a brother, and a son,” which was “special to all of us in so many different ways.”
“It is with the saddest heart that we got to say goodbye to an extraordinary person today,” the family wrote in a statement today. “Last week, he laid his father to rest and has been going through a lot of deep grief over this loss. The one consolation we have is the knowledge that Angus is now again with his father, who was his closest companion.
They followed by saying, “Angus was open concerning his battle with mental health, and they hope that his demise can serve as a reminder to others that they are not alone and that they should not fight this on themselves in silence.”
Since then, a number of individuals have expressed their sorrow at the passing of Angus on social media.
Drake, who serves as an executive producer on the show Euphoria, uploaded a picture of Angus to his Instagram account and accompanied it with the caption “Good soul.” He also included an emoticon of a sobbing face and a dove.
In the wake of Angus’s passing, many cast members from the television show Euphoria, including Storm Reid, Javon Walton, and Alexa Demie, as well as many other celebrities, has taken to social media to express heartfelt respects to the late actor.
Gigi Hadid, a model who performed with Angus on a Ralph Lauren commercial in December of 2017, released a clip from the shoot while reflecting on his “kind, gentle spirit.” Angus was one of the actors in the commercial. In her letter, she said, “Just got the news of the passing of Angus. Even though she only had a few opportunities to collaborate with him, she was instantly attracted to the sweet and loving nature he exuded. Her sincerest sympathies go out to those who were closest to him and loved him. “May he finally find rest in peace?
