Silver Viper Minerals Corp. has reported encouraging new assay results from its ongoing drill program at the La Virginia property in Sonora, Mexico. The latest findings from the El Molino zone have prompted the company to formally expand its exploration activities, signaling continued progress at the precious metals project.
Drilling Results Prompt Program Expansion
Recent exploration drilling within the El Molino area intersected two significant mineralized intervals. The first returned 3.5 meters grading 1.25 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 25 g/t silver. A second interval assayed 3.2 meters containing 1.66 g/t gold and 4 g/t silver. Since the program commenced in October 2025, a total of 1,026 meters across seven holes have been completed at El Molino.
Concurrently, an infill drilling campaign totaling 4,620 meters is underway at the adjacent El Rubi zone. This work is designed to better define existing mineral resources.
In response to these positive outcomes, Silver Viper has officially increased the scale of its drill program, which was initially planned for 5,000 meters. A primary objective is to upgrade a portion of the currently classified “inferred” resources at El Rubi to the higher-confidence “indicated” category. Such a reclassification strengthens the project’s resource foundation and provides a more robust basis for future development decisions.

Corporate Recognition and Broader Exploration Strategy
The operational advances at La Virginia coincide with Silver Viper’s inclusion in the TSX Venture 50 ranking for 2026. This annual list highlights the top-performing companies on the TSX Venture Exchange.
The company is also advancing exploration at its Coneto project. Both initiatives form part of a strategy to systematically expand its known resource base within Mexico. This focus on precious metals comes at a time when the country’s mining sector is increasingly concentrating on gold and silver projects. This shift follows a Supreme Court confirmation of a new mining law that classifies lithium as a state-owned resource.
The combined efforts at La Virginia and Coneto underscore Silver Viper’s active campaign to grow its asset portfolio in a favorable jurisdictional environment.
